Every generation costs a fixed number of credits that depends on the model, resolution, and duration you pick. The studio shows the cost before you run a job, so you always know what you will spend. Creator, Plus, and Pro memberships are PayPal subscriptions for the month or year you select. They add credits, a generation discount, and more concurrent jobs, and they renew until you cancel. Credit packs are a one-time PayPal purchase, up to five of the same pack.

How much does one image or video cost?
Each model shows its credit cost in the studio before you generate. Video usually costs more than images, and higher resolution or longer duration costs more credits.
Do I need a subscription?
Buy a prepaid Creator or Pro membership for credits and higher concurrency. The membership covers the month or year you select and is not charged again automatically.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits from a membership stay in your account until you use them.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a job fails, the credits it used are refunded to your balance automatically. You can see every charge and refund in your credit history.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
Unused credits may be refundable within the in-app request window (typically 14 days) via the original payment method. Consumed credits are not clawed back beyond the remaining lot. Credits do not expire.
