AI Image and Video Workflow

Put your tools on one canvas, connect each result to the next step, and run the whole chain from one product photo or prompt.

Most creative jobs take several tools in a row: a product photo becomes a white-background shot, then a lifestyle scene, then a short video. Workflow puts those steps on one canvas as cards. Drag the output of one card onto the input of the next, and the result moves along by itself. Run the whole workflow at once or only the part you changed, then save it as a template for the next product.

  1. Add tool cards

Start from an uploaded image, an uploaded video, or a prompt. Add image and video tools from the left panel.

  2. Connect the steps

Drag the dot on the right of a card onto the next card. Its result becomes the input of that card.

  3. Run and reuse

Run the whole workflow, or run to or from one card. Save it as a template for the next batch.

Why a workflow beats switching between tools

Running a job tool by tool means downloading each result, uploading it to the next tool, and remembering which version you used. On a canvas every step stays connected, so you can see where each image or video came from, change one step, and run only what depends on it.

Example workflows

  • Product photo → White Background → Lifestyle Scene → Image to Video
  • Text to Image → Image Edit → Image to Video for a campaign concept
  • Product photo and layout reference → Product Hero → Product Set for a listing
  • Model photo and product photo → Product Intro video

Build a workflow that holds up

  • Start from a sharp, well-lit source image, because every later step inherits its quality
  • Check the first result before running the rest of the chain
  • Keep the prompt on each card short and specific to that step
  • Once one product looks right, save the workflow as a template and swap in the next product

Credits and review

A run uses the credits of every card it generates. The estimate appears before the run starts. Review the final images and videos before publishing, especially product details, labels, and hands.

Which tools can I use in a workflow?

Uploaded images and videos as sources. For images: Text to Image, Image Edit, Storyboard, White Background, Lifestyle Scene, Product Hero, Product Set, Background Changer, Virtual Try-On, and Remove Watermark. For video: Text to Video, Image to Video, Product Intro, Video Edit, and Video Face Swap.

Do I have to run every card again after a change?

No. When some cards already have results, you can run only the new and changed cards, run up to one card, or run from one card onward. You can also regenerate everything.

How many credits does a workflow run use?

Each card uses the same credits as that tool on its own. Before a run starts, MiniMaxVion shows an estimate for the whole run, and you need enough credits to cover it.

Does the run stop if I close the page?

No. Cards run in order, each card starts when its inputs are ready, and the run continues after you close the page.

What does the agent do?

Describe the image or video you want, and the agent adds and connects the cards for you. Type @ to mention a material on the canvas. The workflow keeps the conversation, so later messages build on earlier ones. The credit cost of each message is shown on the send button.

What is saved in a template?

Cards, settings, connections, and uploaded files. Generated results are not saved, so every workflow made from a template starts fresh.
