Storyline: Multi-Scene AI Video

Write each scene, generate the clips in order, and edit them on one timeline into a single video.

A single AI clip lasts only a few seconds. Storyline builds a longer video from several clips on one timeline. Upload images and videos or import results from your board, then reference them in prompts with @. In multi-scene mode the first scene is generated from text, and each later scene continues from the previous clip, so the action and setting carry over. Trim clips, extend one that ends too early, and export the finished video.

  1. Add your assets

Upload images and videos, or import finished results from your board. Type @ to reference them in a prompt.

  2. Plan the scenes

Write one prompt per scene. From scene two on, each scene continues from the previous clip.

  3. Edit and export

Trim clips on the timeline, extend or retry any clip, then export one video.

When to use Storyline

Use Storyline when one clip is not enough: a product ad with an opening, a demo, and a closing shot, a short story with several moments, or a social video that needs more than one scene. Building the clips on one timeline keeps the order and pacing visible while you work.

Write scenes that connect

  • Describe the same character, outfit, and location in every scene
  • Give each scene one clear action and one camera move
  • Reference the same @ assets across scenes to keep faces and products consistent
  • End each scene where the next one should begin

Review before export

Play the timeline from start to finish before exporting. Check that characters, products, and lighting stay consistent between clips, and trim any frames where the motion drifts or breaks.

What is the difference between Storyline and Storyboard?

Storyboard generates a grid of still keyframes to plan your shots. Storyline generates and edits the actual video clips on a timeline and exports one finished video. You can plan with a storyboard first, then build the video in Storyline.

How does multi-scene generation keep the scenes connected?

The first scene is generated from your text. From scene two on, each prompt starts with "Continue from the previous scene" and the clip extends from the one before it, so characters and settings carry over. Multi-scene mode needs at least two scenes.

Can I use my own images and videos?

Yes. Upload them, or import succeeded images and videos from your board, then type @ in a prompt to reference them.

What if one clip fails or looks wrong?

Retry that clip with the same prompt or a new one, or remove it. Export becomes available once no clip is still generating or failed.

Can I pause a multi-scene run?

Yes. Pause the queue and continue it later. The progress bar shows how many scenes are complete.
